JASCO FP-8050 spectrofluorometers

The instruments belonging to the JASCO FP-8050 spectrofluorometer family introduced in 2021, in accordance with the JASCO traditions, are double monochromator instruments, in which both the excitation and the emitted light are resolved by separate monochromators. Due to the precise optical system, the spectrofluorometers have excellent signal-to-noise ratio, resolution, wavelength accuracy and scattered light values. The instruments are characterized by user-friendly solutions, such as automatic sample holder recognition and the Start button placed on the top of the instrument, which allows automatic sample recognition or immediate measurement after the sample placement. Due to the innovations, the continuous-output xenon lamp has a lifespan three times longer than before.

The spectrofluorometers are controlled by the Spectra Manager software, which controls the JASCO spectroscopic instruments and has a rich selection of standard measuring and evaluation programs. As a result of all the features mentioned above, the FP-8050 fluorometers are just as well-suited in quality control laboratories that perform routine measurements as they are in Life Science or Materials Science research laboratories.

JASCO FP-8350 spectrofluorometer

A spectrofluorometer developed to meet the needs of Life Science laboratories. Nearly 50 different sample holders are available to make the measurement tasks as easy as possible during research. These tasks include the sample holders that are temperature-controlled with the water- or Peltier-type thermostats, microcuvette holders for measuring microliter samples, and “one-drop” accessories capable of testing the fluorescence of droplets. For the measurement of a large number of samples autosampler and flow cells are available. For the direct measurement of samples stored in microplates a microplate reader can be connected to the spectrofluorometer. For the kinetic and reaction analyzes there are a lot of possibilities available: from the sample compartment lid with injection facilities, through the automatic titration instrument to the “stopped-flow” supplements. For phosphorescence measurements nitrogen-cooled liquid and solid sample holders can be used, as well.
