The Ischi DISI-M manual disintegration testers are models with 1, 2, 3 or 4 independent test 
stations. In these instruments, which comply with USP and EP regulations, the disintegration test is performed in 1 liter vessels heated by a water circulation thermostat. The magnetic suspension of the baskets ensures the automatic centering and easy attachment/removal. The baskets are easy to disassemble and clean, and their precise and vibration-free movement is provided by independent stepper motor drives operated in “microstep” mode. The control is done with buttons, the parameters can be seen on the LCD display. The measurement times can be set separately at each test station. At the end of the test time or when manually stopped, the basket lifts out of the medium and the instrument gives an acoustic signal.
