The Ischi friability testers meet the requirements of USP and EP and are 
suitable for testing tablets, capsules and granules. Standard and abrasion drums can be connected to the AE-1i and AE-2i instruments, 1 drum at a time to the AE-1i and 2 drums to the AE-2i. The drums can be filled easily and after the test, the instrument automatically empties. The cleaning process is also simple. The tests can be performed for a given time (1 minute – 23 hours 59 minutes) or until a given number of rotations is reached (max. 99999 rotations). The instruments can be tilted at an angle of 10° for testing tablets of larger diameters. The two sides of the AE-2i can be programmed and started independently. Buttons and an LCD display are available for control. It is also possible to connect a scale and a paper roll printer.
