Please join us for “Ethics and Regulations In the Use of Human Biological Samples in Research,” an informative 40-minute webinar plus Q&A session with Dr. Laetitia Rapetti, an expert specialist in human skin models for permeation studies.

First, we will look at similarities and differences in ethics and mandatory regulations for the use of human biological samples in research in developed countries around the world. In other words, what you need to know before starting to use human skin for permeation studies.

Second, we’ll discuss the different in vitro models for permeation studies, particularly the pros and cons of the models, such as cost, availability, and quality.

Dr. Rapetti co-founded Alphenyx, a company aiming to provide alternative solutions to animal testing for research, in 2014. She is the company’s Chief Scientist Officer.

The topics discussed during the webinar are ethics and regulatory considerations you must know and cannot overlook to carry out your research. You’ll also have a rare opportunity to ask the expert questions specific to your unique situation.
