RFT-6000 FT-Raman spectrometer

The RFT-6000 FT-Raman module is a complementary unit designed for the JASCO FT-6800R spectrometers which makes them capable of recording the Raman spectra of the samples as well. With the coupled use of these two instruments it is possible to record both the FTIR and Raman spectra of the samples in a single system. The RFT-6000 instrument uses Nd:YAG laser at 1064 nm for the irradiation of the sample, while for the detection of the Raman scattering the high-sensitivity InGaAs detector is used. The control of the instruments is provided by the Spectra Manager II software package controlling all the Jasco spectroscopic instruments. Standard FTIR instruments have also the Know-it-All program package containing spectrum library of 13 000 spectra. The software is able to scan the most important spectrum formats, has different spectrum management and search features, own spectral libraries can be made with it, and it is capable for functional group analysis, chemical structure editing and preparing reports, as well.
